This policy explains what information Bruiser Tees & Tanks ("we", "us") collects when you visit bruisertees.com or buy from us, and how it's used. Short version: we collect only what's needed to make and ship your order, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. You provide this at checkout.
- Payment information: card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your shopping bag: saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs standard information like IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
- to take payment, print, pack and ship your order,
- to send order receipts and shipping updates,
- to answer your questions and handle returns,
- to prevent fraud and comply with the law (for example tax records).
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Our print & fulfillment partner: receives your name, shipping address and contact details to print and deliver your order.
- Shipping carriers: receive your address to deliver your package.
- Netlify: hosts this website.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google to load them.
We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize them after that.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing owner@bruisertees.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, the EU, Canada or Australia) you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of this page.
