These terms apply when you use bruisertees.com or buy from Bruiser Tees & Tanks. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

All designs are original Bruiser Tees & Tanks artwork, printed to order on the garment shown. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed shirt depending on your display and the fabric. Some designs contain adult humor and are intended for adults.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout along with shipping and any applicable tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Bruiser Tees & Tanks. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design. Please don't copy, resell or reprint our designs without permission.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or interfere with it, and no fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
