Returns & Refunds

Because every shirt is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. But if something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email owner@bruisertees.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• your order email or name,
• a clear photo of the problem (and of the label, for a wrong size or item).

We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund for that item if a replacement isn't possible. There's no need to send the original back.

Sizing

All styles are unisex. Each product page has a size guide with the garment's real measurements. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Cancellations & changes

Orders head into production quickly. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel or change it. After printing starts we can't cancel, but the damaged/misprint promise above still applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Washing & care

Turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print. Fading or cracking caused by hot washes or ironing isn't covered.
